A Global Brand In A Global Sport: Hilton Renews Partnership With Vodafone McLaren MercedesA GLOBAL BRAND IN A GLOBAL SPORT: HILTON RENEWS PARTNERSHIP WITH VODAFONE McLAREN MERCEDES

26 April 2008, Barcelona, Spain - As the Formula One circus moves to Europe for the 2008 Spanish Grand Prix, Hilton Hotels are pleased to announce an extension of its long-term sponsorship agreement with Vodafone McLaren Mercedes, which will see the partnership continue for a further three years.

Since the inception of that partnership in 2005, Hilton has enjoyed increased from the partnership. The hotel giant will be to continuing to build commercial alliances; offer its customers new products and packages; and to keep the Hilton brand image fresh and appealing. In the past three years it has made significant gains against each one of those objectives and is thrilled to have the opportunity to further strengthen its association with the sport and with the team as the partnership continues in 2008 and beyond.

As testament to the success of the alliance over the past three years, Hilton's business to consumer relationship programme, Hilton Racing, has proved extremely successful in reaching a new generation of young and affluent International travelers, with its newly relaunched website www.hiltonracing.com enjoying a 300% increase in membership since the partnership with Vodafone McLaren Mercedes began.

Corporate revenue from a vast range of brands involved in Formula One also contiunes to significantly return on Hilton's investment as business is commited in both Grand Prix and Non-Grand Prix periods.

Hilton now has properties in 16 of the 18 Grand Prix race venues with over 3000 properties worldwide. 27 of these are Grand Prix located hotels, which support the 180-strong Vodafone McLaren Mercedes race team and drivers as they follow the Grand Prix calendar around the globe. In addition to developing this logistical level of support, Hilton will continue to be represented on the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes race cars with a branding position on the rear wing end plate.
