Hilton now offers greater levels of personalisation for its most loyal guests aiming to meet their needs in the best possible way. As of 15 August 2008,
at all Hilton, Conrad Hotels & Resorts and Doubletree Hotels, Gold and Diamond VIP guests will be given 3 alternative offers to choose from;

1. Alternative : Rroom upgrade with breakfast
Upgrade to Executive Floor or to the next best available room type (does not include suites, villas or specialty accommodations) subject to availability at the time of check-in.


2. Alternative : Copmlimentary high-speed internet
Now you can follow up your work and get connected whenever you want!


3. Alternative: 1,000 HHonors bonus points
Earn 1,000 HHonors bonus points per stay!
Hilton HHonors VIP is now even more privileged!

Gold and Diamond VIPs can make their choice up to 24 hours before check-in either online or via HRCC.

Changes to the Executive Lounge access policy

Access globally across all Hilton, Conrad Hotels & Resorts and Doubletree hotels for Gold and Diamond VIPs who selected Option One above.

At hotels with Executive Floor Lounges; Gold VIPs receive Executive Lounge access only when upgraded to the Executive Floor. If an upgrade to the Executive Floor is not available, they will be offered complimentary continental breakfast for up to 2 registered guests (including member) per day. (Access to the Executive Lounge will not be possible)

Diamond VIPs will receive Executive Lounge access even if an Executive Floor room is not available, including continental breakfast for up to 2 registered guests (incl. member) per day.

At hotels without Executive Floor Lounges; Gold and Diamond VIPs receive complimentary continental breakfast for up to 2 registered guests per day (incl. member).
